I am accredited and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have a particular interest, and a great deal of experience in working with young people and young adults. I am a fully trained EMDR therapist.
I also work with older adults, particularly those who suspect that their current difficulties have their origins in childhood. Another service I offer is providing consultations for parents who are finding it difficult to understand and relate to their teenage children.
